Manchester United have made an enquiry to sign Barcelona striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, according to reports.

The Gabon international joined Barcelona from Arsenal on a free transfer in February following several disciplinary issues at the Emirates Stadium, but it looks like a return to the Premier League could be on the cards.
Chelsea have been heavily linked with the 33-year-old for the majority of the summer, with the Blues reportedly agreeing personal terms ahead of a potential move, but Erik ten Hagâs side now appear to have joined the race for his signature.

Aubameyang is a player who could work wonders for any team he represents, given that he has netted a staggering 299Â goals across his senior career, but United shouldnât consider pursuing a move for him this summer.
The former Gunners marksman, who was dubbed a ânatural finisherâ by sports journalist Josh Bunting, has a release clause set at ÂŁ83.4m; and with the Red Devils already set to break the bank on Antony, it wouldnât be worth cashing out on a sum of this size.
